How it Works
Booking - Select an appointment time that works best for you from our available slots. If you do not see a slot that suits your needs, feel free to call, message, or text, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Confirmation - We will confirm your appointment time and date via email, call, or text. You will be sent intake forms to fill out prior to your session via email or text.
Preparation - You prepare the chosen area for your session. Make sure the area is clean and quiet, and no cumbersome materials are in the way - the therapist needs to be able to move around the table.
Arrival and Consultation - The therapist arrives at your location with all the equipment, including a portable massage table/chair, fresh linens, and music. You will both go over your health history, specific concerns, and session goals to form a treatment plan. The therapist will set up and adjust the equipment for optimal comfort and support.
Privacy and Comfort - The therapist will step into the restroom to wash their hands, while you disrobe and get on the table/chair.
Completion - After your session is complete, the therapist will step back in the restroom to wash up, while you reorient yourself and get dressed in private.
Feedback and Payment - The therapist steps back into the room and collects feedback from you about the session. The therapist provides any recommendations and answers questions you may have. Payment is then processed, either through cash or card. Card payments incur a small convenience fee to cover the cost of processing.
Tidying Up and Departure - The therapist cleans up the area, packs away all their equipment, and bids you farewell so you can enjoy the benefits of your session without having to travel anywhere.
