Robert (Josh) is a graduate of Intellitec College and has been practicing massage since 2021. He specializes in improving range of motion and facial stretching to relieve tension and create healing space in soft tissues. He is currently licensed in Colorado and Florida to practice Massage Therapy.

Josh graduated from Niceville Senior High School before joining the US Army in 2002. He has three children and currently lives in Niceville. 

Cynthia is a graduate of Soothing Arts Healing Therapies School of Massage and has been practicing massage since 2020. She specializes in Sports, Medical and Thia massage, Reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is also a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Personal Trainer. When not helping people move better, she enjoys swimming and biking.

Cynthia retired from  the United States Air Force in 2016 and has a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science.
